Shanna Rushing is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive and Critical Care Nurse, and an accomplished nurse leader with more than 15 years of bedside experience in high-acuity settings, including critical care and emergency departments. In 2021, she became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, leveraging her clinical expertise to evaluate cases and uphold nursing standards of care. She is the owner of Nurse Legal Partners, LLC, where she provides expert guidance, reviews clinical documentation, and serves as an expert witness.

In addition to her consulting practice, Shanna serves as Market Director for Clinical Nursing Education across four healthcare locations in Orange County and Los Angeles, leading initiatives that advance nurse and staff development and foster professional growth. She is deeply committed to empowering nurses to succeed and delivering the highest quality care to patients and their families.
